Casa Encantada has been a beloved family home for over 25 years — a true hideaway perched atop Gringo Hill, just four blocks from the beach and two blocks from the plaza. Walk to the main surf break in under five minutes.
The property spans over an acre of terraced tropical gardens, where massive Higuera and Fig trees keep everything naturally cool year-round. Their canopy fills mornings with birdsong and casts deep shade through the afternoon.
The layout is spread out and private: a main house with kitchen, living room, and bedroom; two detached palapa guest houses; and a central deck built among the trees overlooking the pool and the ocean beyond.
